When you pay the planning fee, your payment is handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation that payment was made, but we do not collect or store your full card details.

We use your information to create and deliver your date itinerary, to process your planning-fee payment, to send you your itinerary and related messages, to respond to your enquiries, and to improve our service.

3. Payment information

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Your card details are entered with and handled by that provider, not by us. We never see or store your full card number.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run Your Surprise Dates, such as our payment processor and email provider, and only as needed to deliver the service. We may also share information where required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it.

6. Your choices and rights
